Recruiter
Full Time position in Knoxville, TN
At K&P Remodeling, our people make the difference, and we are seeking a Recruiter to assist in attracting, sourcing, and screening qualified applicants to grow our company. In the role, you will play a crucial role in the growth of the company, and our objectives. You will collaborate directly with division managers to understand our current and future needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities
- Partner with division managers to understand staffing needs
- Attract & source applicants through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess a candidates qualifications, skill, and cultural fit
- Coordinate & schedule interviews between qualified applicants & hiring managers
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or relevant work experience
- Understanding of the recruitment process
- Working experience with platforms such as Indeed
- Passion for finding & attracting top-level talent
Qualifications
- Live in & be able to reliably commute to our offices in Knoxville, TN
- Must be able to pass a background check
Compensation & Benefits
- $45,000 to $55,000 per year salary (based on experience)
